All products sold by Happy's Choice are intended for dogs only and are not for human consumption. Our treats are crafted in small batches using human-grade ingredients, but they are formulated as dog treats and should be fed as such.
Our products are treats, not medicine. Information on this website, including descriptions of nutritional benefits, is provided for informational purposes only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. If your pet has specific dietary needs, health concerns, or existing medical conditions, please consult a licensed veterinarian before introducing new treats.
While we source our ingredients carefully, individual dogs may have allergies or sensitivities to specific proteins. We recommend introducing any new treat gradually and monitoring your pet for adverse reactions. If your pet shows signs of allergy, digestive upset, or any unusual behaviour, discontinue use immediately and consult your veterinarian.
All treats, especially harder items such as jerky and dehydrated fish, should be given under supervision. Please ensure treats are size-appropriate for your dog and monitor them while eating. Always provide fresh water alongside dehydrated treats.
Our treats are intended as a supplement to a balanced diet, not as a replacement for regular meals. Treats should not exceed 10% of your dog's daily caloric intake. Adjust quantities based on your dog's size, age, and activity level.
Our treats are handcrafted in small batches using whole, natural ingredients. Slight variations in colour, texture, size, and aroma between batches are natural and are not defects. This is a hallmark of artisanal, minimally processed food.
Keep products in a cool, dry place. Once opened, reseal the bag and consume within 4 weeks. Do not consume past the best-before date. Improper storage may affect quality and safety.
Due to food safety considerations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or consumed products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info.happyschoice@gmail.com.
We currently ship within Hong Kong. Standard delivery is HK$25, with free delivery on orders over HK$250. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
Any personal information you provide (name, email, delivery address) is used solely to process your order and communicate with you. We do not share, sell, or rent your information to third parties. We may occasionally send updates about new products or promotions, from which you may opt out at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Happy's Choice, its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. The maximum liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
